Vitamin B12 in low back pain: a randomised, double-blind, placebo-controlled study.
|Plain English Summary:|
|This study examined the safety and usefulness of vitamin b12 for low back pain associated with lumbago. A total of 60 adults with either lumbago or sciatic neuritis, all who did not need surgery to correct the problem participated in this study.
